Property is located along the main road and busy street. Experienced 3 power disruptions during our stay, but didn’t took long. Parking is quite a hassle and slots are available on the opposite side of the road which is first come first basis.

The area around the hotel is safe and there are lots of friendly people around. Moreover there is a 7-Eleven directly under the hotel.

1. The room and the bathroom is clean. The receptionists are nice and friendly. 2. The inn is right above 7-eleven, it’s close to alot of food stalls, bakeries, restaurants, public market. 4. Located 15-20mins north (moalboal), 10-15mins south (kawasan canyoneering).

The location's perfect.. 711 was just on the lower floor, theres a laundry shop nearby and 20 mins away the canyoneering spot.

Nice room, comfy beds, right next to a seven eleven and a bakery, very convenient for the morning. Bathroom was ok for the price

What you see is what you get. Worth the money, clean and comfy. Has hot and cold shower, bidet, vanity mirror for girls and lots of charging ports.

Cozy, near 7/11 and market, also near renting mototcycle, staff is very friendly(helped us rent a motorcycle)
